Would be bad, armortankers would be killed despite tanking all armor damage and how would a ship be counted if all its hull is destroyed despite having 50% armor left ? Same would apply to shieldtankers once armor and structure are nailed up despite their shields holding fine i.e. in a 1o1.

We have something similar, the rapier. Longrange webber. Tractorbeams work on cans and it should stay that way, otherwise imagine a bs pulling ships into smartbomb or webber range.

** Armour and Skirmish for Amarr Shield and Information for Caldari Armour and Information for Gallente Skirmish and shield for Minmatar This is meant to replace the current, single warfare module type, bonus that the gang warfare command ships currently have.
Nice on the warfare links, however not all racials are balanced or usefull so it will gimp certain ships over others. The decloaking field would be interesting however guess you would need the stats before u can make a bonus for it.
Nice ideas but tbh the boni in eve are really enough. A handfull might be missing but remember the ships in eve are not designed to have one setup or one role. So the boni should always leave space for some other tasks.
